Expand on Click Photo Problem

  • lepepitefrenchies

Hello, I have created 2 websites.
My older one Im having a hard time figuring out expand on click

Under The Puppies have arrived: last photo theres a black bar on the photo with a box in the center. If you click on it it does nothing. When you scroll down to the bottom there is an “X” to close out whatever isn’t popping up but that doesn’t work either, it stays there until you refresh the page. I have made sure there’s no popup blockers too.

On my other site everything works great. I have compared every setting and I can’t figure it out.
    Everything expands on click.

  • Hi there,

Do you have cache/performance plugin enabled? If so, can you disable them all to test?

    Let me know 🙂

    nothing happened

  • Hi there,

its a CORS Policy issue in your server.

    If you view the site.
Right Click > Inspect the page to open the browser developers tools.
In the dev tools Console tab there is a list of errors eg.

lepepitefrenchies.com/:1 Access to script at 'https://lpfb.b-cdn.net/wp-includes/blocks/image/view.min.js?ver=6.5.3' from origin 'https://lepepitefrenchies.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

In that error your site is trying to load the lightbox script ( view.js ) from the CDN 'https://lpfb.b-cdn.net – but this is not allowed as your server has a CORS Policy to block it.

Speak to your hosting provider about allowing the site to load resources from the CDN
