Explore Theme Not Loading Properly

    I recently purchased GeneratePress One to access the Explore starter site. However, after multiple attempts to install and activate the theme, the template does not appear to be loading correctly.

    Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
    Disabled all non-GeneratePress plugins
    Cleared caching (both WordPress and server-side on Rocket.net)
    Reinstalled GeneratePress & GP Premium multiple times
    Attempted to import the Explore starter site again

    Despite these steps, the layout does not appear to be populating correctly. Could you please check if my site is loading properly on your end or if I might be missing a critical step?

    It looks like the site’s content wasn’t imported properly. Did you encounter any errors during the import process?

    I did not encounter any errors during the import process. I have also fully removed GeneratePress, its plugins, and reinstalled / reimported the site several times with the same result.

  • I just used WP Reset to reset wordpress and that seemed to work. The site is now loading properly after installation.
