Hello,
I have a responsiveness problem that I can’t solve.
On some Android and Samsung smartphones, the fixed menu pops out of the frame and I have absolutely no idea how to fix this, especially since on the preview and on iPhone, it’s ok.
Thanks in advance for your help -
Hi there,
What do you mean by the “fixed menu”?
Is it this one?https://app.screencast.com/cruB8z8w5710b
-
no, it’s the sticky menu, the one that’s always visible when you scroll.

the one that’s always visible when you scroll.
oh, that’s the sticky navigation.
I don’t see any issue with it on an iPhone, I do not have an Android phone to test.
But if it works on iPhone, then it should work on Android phones as well, have you tried using other android phones?
-
My client did.. I have a screenshot. How can I transfer it to you ?
-
How many android phones have you tested on? Just a reminder, if it only happens on your client’s phone, it might be the issue on his phone.
You can upload images to https://postimages.org/ and share the link with us.

My client said she have tested it on 2 android Phones.

Hi there,
I can see some issues with the sticky menu while scrolling as well. Could you try using the Mobile Header option?
Go to Customizer > Layout > Mobile Header -> select On and enable the sticky option.
-
Hi Alvind,
I’ve selected the mobile header and pinned it, as you told me to, but that doesn’t change anything. Plus, the logo is very small now.
You can scroll left and right. Maybe there’s a problem with the container width? But I can’t see how to fix it. -

Hi there
see here:
https://app.screencast.com/Zse91V7Rn4pZB
Can you select the Container block that wraps that text ?
It has a Spacing > Margin Right of-50px
which is causing it to overflow on smaller screens resulting in horizontal overflow that allows the sticky nav to be wider then the screenRemove the -50px or at least set it to
0
on Mobile view to fix that -
David, you’re… The Best !!
Thank You very much -
David
Glad to be of help!
