Select the Shape block, then under the Effects panel, add a Transform: Scale3D effect and set the Y value to

yes i can do that, just wanted a quick button for the same.

Sure, we’ll look into that — since the flip horizontal option already exists, it makes sense to add a vertical flip toggle as well.
