Forms – conditional email notification

Is it possible to change the notification recipient dynamically based on a form field (e.g. a checkbox)?

Example:

If a checkbox is checked → send the notification to [email protected]
Otherwise → send it to [email protected]

Is there a PHP filter or action hook available to modify the recipient before the email is sent?

I’d be fine if its at least possible to select a {field} for email-settings – send to email.
