Hello there,
I am having troubles with setting the container width for one of my containers.
What I am trying to do is to set one container with background to full width and I am sucesfully doing it with Block Aligment setting. And then I want the content which is in another container to be in default width of the site. I’ve done this in other site but with Element. In page I am not able to do it. You can check my site here – https://betting-websites.net/.
I am talking about the 3rd blue container.
Please help. I know I am missing something but can’t find it.
Thank you! -
Hi there,
You would actually want to avoid using the Block Alignment setting.
Take a look at my reply here:

I understand what I have to do but I don’t see the Inner Container button. I am using GB Premium and still don’t have it as an option. Where should I activate it?

Are you using the container block from GenerateBlocks? If so this should help: https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/add-inner-container/

Yes,
I am using a container block from GenerateBlocks. Please check the screenshot. And I still don’t have this Inner container option. -
Hi there,
Try adding a new container below that. Does the inner container option show up?

Hi there,
The inner container button doesn’t appear no matter what I do. But I managed to do it with setting the Max Width to global max width and adding the left and right margin to auto. But then I needed to add 40px padding to this container because the content was too wide. But the results is fine now. You can check https://betting-websites.net/ -
The layout looks good. What you’ve done essentially replicates what the inner container achieves, just without the manual adjustments for margins and max widths.
