GB section gaps too big

  • Hi GP,

How can I reduce GB Pattern Library, section to section gap properly for this page?

    https://greenerair.sg/periodic-facade-inspection-singapore/

    Thank

  • Hi there,

the patterns are using global style .gbp-section which comes with a top/bottom padding set to 7rem.

You can edit the global style and reduce its top/bottom padding.

  • Hi Ying,

Yes. It is working. Thank You.

All default setting are rem? How do I know all these 7rem setting?

Can GP support to Elementor-Pro? GB has only limited layout.

    Thank You

  • Can GP support to Elementor-Pro?

Yes, you should be able to use Elementor with GP theme.

How do I know all these 7rem setting?

You can check the global styles at generateblocks > global styles, click on the 3 dots icon, and you can view the CSS.

  • Hi Ying,

GP can use with Elementor but some said it will be bloated or some problems.

Will it fully support to Elementor?

Can I use GP to both page builder (current GB to add Elementor) or rebuild all pages with Elementor without GB?

    Thanks

  • Hi there,

GeneratePress is compatible with most page builders, including Elementor. However, I’m not aware of any specific compatibility issues or “bloating” problems beyond what you mentioned. Elementor does tend to generate heavier HTML output, although recent updates may have improved this significantly.

You can use GenerateBlocks and Elementor on the same site, but they should not be used together within the same page layout. For example, you can build one page with Elementor and another page with GenerateBlocks, but mixing both builders inside a single page is not recommended.
