Generateblocks: Link text to long

  • hermann.huerzeler

    Hello

I use Generateblocks pro. I have certain Container with inside image and text. My SEO tool tells me, that the link text from this container is too long. Please have a look at the screenshot belong.

Text in red circle is the link text. But I'd like only a part of this text as the link text

How can I use only a part of the text as the link text, so that my SEO tool is happy?
The same is at the homepage: https://indobia-massage-thun.ch

    Best regards, Hermann

  • Hi Hermann,

I’m not seeing the section on the Homepage. Can you share the link to where we can find that section?

  • hermann.huerzeler

    Hello Fernando

    Here is the link: https://indobia-massage-thun.ch/medizinische/

  • Can you share a screenshot showing the Full warning report of the SEO tool your using regarding this?

  • hermann.huerzeler

Issue Overview over a part of the website
Issue Overview, particular too long text
    Issue Detail 1
    Issue Detail 2

  • Sorry, will you be able to right click and translate that to English before taking the screenshot?

  • hermann.huerzeler

    Sure, here in English

    Issue Overwiew part of Website
    Issue Anchor Text 1
    Issue Anchor Text 2
    Issue Detail 1

  • The thing is, it’s your Container that’s the link, not the text.

With your current structure, you’ll either need to:

    1. Remove the link from the Container, and add it to a text on those sentences

    2. Or, just lessen the length of the text manually.

    Hi Fernando

Thank’s for your reply. I understand it. But the two suggestions are not a good looking solutions. It would be nice, when the anchor text could be choosed and the whole container is linkable.

    Best regards
    Hermann

  • I see. Unfortunately, I believe that there is no other solution to address the warning.

    You’re welcome, Hermann!
