GenerateBlocks Pro plugin not updating

    Hello,

    The GenerateBlocks Pro plugin has been trying to update for over a week but keeps giving the message that it’s delayed and then rescheduled.

    The plugin says “There is a new version of GenerateBlocks Pro available. View version 2.6.0 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin.” But when I click the link there’s no option to upgrade.

    Do I need to do something else?

    Clear your browser cache. DID THAT
    Clear and deactivate any caching plugins (keep them deactivated if you need to post your topic).
    If you have server caching in place, disable it. THERE’S ONE PLUGIN CALLED “WP Fastest Cache” BUT IT’S DEACTIVATED.
    Deactivate your other plugins one by one to check for conflicts. TRY THIS?

    Hi there,

    The Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin notice usually appears when the plugin detects that the license is not activated.

    Could you check under GenerateBlocks > Settings and confirm whether the license section shows the Receiving Updates message? That will let us know if the license is currently activated correctly.

    The license key section in settings says “Not receiving updates” and the license key box is empty. Where do I get the license key for GenerateBlocks Pro? Or do I use the same one as GeneratePress One?

    Yes, if you have GP One license, it can be used for both GP Premium and Generateblocks Pro.
    Can you try activating the license for Geneareteblocks Pro as well?

    I activated the license for GenerateBlocks Pro. The plugin then said it would update in 30 minutes. It didn’t update, and now says “Automatic update scheduled in 10 hours.”

    It’s likely due to WP’s recent change in plugin updating.

    If you can not get it to update automatically, you can also download the plugin from your GP One account.
