GenerateBlocks Tab Stopped Working

  • For some reason, one of my GenerateBlocks tabs stopped working out of nowhere. In the beginning, I thought this might be due to the WordPress 6.2 update, but I downgraded back to 6.1.1, and the problem still persists.

I have a page with the same exact tab system, and it works just fine. I can not find anything else to isolate test, so here I am. Do you have any clue what might be going wrong?

    Thank you!

  • Hi there,

Can you try #1 here to debug first?

    Let me know 🙂

  • Thank you for the reply. Yes, I found the source of the issue. It is the Code Snippets plugin, and more importantly, the issue is a shortcode PHP script I run through the plugin to display the items in the tabs.

When I disable the PHP snippet, the tab works fine, but the weird thing is that error doesn’t affect the other tab I shared.

I’ll shape the code below on the private information just in case there is something there that might interfere with the tabs.

I’m not sure why this would be the case unfortunately.

You will likely need to do some further debugging like strip everything clean and try to identify the issue that way.
