I have a page that has started to update GeneratePress automatically? How do you get it to stop doing that?

I saw that post but it doesn’t seem to be there anymore? (where you should be able to turn it off)
It’s not you who activated it in some update? Because it hasn’t been automatically updated before. 🙂

No, WordPress has turned this on for many plugins/themes by default.
If you go to “Appearance > Themes” and click on GeneratePress, you should see something like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/8Z0u6uIqJu
