This is a very vague question for us to answer here.
Are you familiar with the WordPress system? If not then I would recommend starting from learning about it through a resource like https://www.wpbeginner.com/
In terms of design, the best way to start (if you don’t have a design in mind already) is to start with a site library template: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-site-library/
There are lots of templates to consider under the Blog category.

Thanks Leo. I’m just a little over whelmed with getting started. I know a little about WordPress and will start with the design templates to build my site. I have Blue Host Web Support and will use them as well for guidance.
