Global Footer – LinkedIn Retargeting Code

    Hi there,

    according to LinkedIn their retargeting pixel should be added to the Global Footer right before the closing html (body) tag.

    Does that mean that I open the Element Footer and put it there or what do you suggest to add analytics codes to a website? Should I use a plugin for that?

    Hi there,

    You can create a new Hook Element and add the retargeting pixel script there. Then set the Hook location to wp_footer with a higher priority so the script outputs just before the closing </body> tag:

    There’s no need for an additional plugin to achieve this. 🙂
