Global Style Question

  • Let’s say I have a blog with lots of articles. Now I want to format all H2 headings differently. For example, a colored line in front of the heading. How do I do this with the global styles?

  • Hi there,

It would be much easier to use CSS directly instead of creating global style and edit each of the heading.

  • Okay, just to understand, do global styles only work for changes in the future, but not for changes to existing content?

  • but not for changes to existing content?

it works, but whether to use it depends on the mass of existing content, as global style requires you to apply the class to the block in the editor.
