I entered domain.com in the Website Management section of my account to activate the Premium GP License Key for this domain.
I would like to know if I also need to enter each sub-domain.com of domain.com to activate the Premium GP License Key for each sub-domain of domain.com.

Yes, you’ll need to activate it on each subdomain as well, since each one is considered a separate site.
