    On the production site, the update 2.5.0 is also available.
    Is there anything I can do in the future to prevent this from happening again, or have you made any changes of your own?

    I’ve made a change on our server firewall to ensure that the download can happen successfully. All should be ok moving forward now 🙂

    You shouldn’t have to do anything other than keep that secondary API code on the site.

    Sorry, I need to re-open this ticket.

    Following the modification made to your firewall, the update was indeed proposed on my sites.
    As I had a maintenance operation scheduled for November 27, 2024, I wanted to wait for this operation to update GP Premium, but the update is no longer offered.

    Your account still exists if you want investigate again.

    Very strange, maybe your server IP changed. Can you re-share it with me so I can check the firewall again?
