On a WP site with a live site and a just-launched staging site set up in a subdomain, the GP Pro plugin will not update. It is updating on other WP GP sites by simply clicking “update”. Why is the GP Pro plugin not updating on this one site?

I can see both your GB Pro and GP Premium licenses are activated on your site.
When you say GP Pro is not updating, do you mean GP Premium or GB Pro?
Can you provide an admin login to your site where the plugin can not be updated?

Update failed: Download failed. Unauthorizederror usually means the site is not currently registered correctly on our update server, or the connection to the update server was lost somehow.To fix this, please try reactivating the license.
First, remove the existing license key from the license field and save the settings. Then add the license key again and activate it.
