I have created a couple of blocks and each have a 50/50 grid element in them. In the 1st of the grid containers is some text. The second item in the grid is a GB Image. Each should occupy its 50% of the entire grid.
I duplicated this grid and swapped image to be the 1st in the grid and text to be the second.However the 1 Block with its grid contents, does not align with the block below it. There is a small gap, so the image corners do not meet.
Having exhausted about 200 layout combinations, please can you tell me how to make these grids alight with each other.

Simply select the Grid block, then remove the Column Gap value under Layout > Grid Layout settings.
That should resolve the issue.
