Hi there!
I’d like to have a custom header image in a specific page.
So I created a new header, but it doesn’t work and I don’t know why.
The display rules look like correct: position is page and I chose the specific page.
The content is

{{post_title}}

The setup of page hero is:
– content and inner content are full widht
– horizontal aligment is center
– background page is featured image. In the specific page, in the setup of layout, the header is active and I uploaded the featured image.
The output is a page with the featured image, but it isn’t full width and there isn’t the h1 in the image.
If I setup the header as draft (not published), nothing changes. What’s wrong?

Hi there,
Can you link us to the page in question?
You can use the private information field.
Let me know 🙂

Of cours! I wrote the url in the private information.
The web site has the maintenance mode activated, so you can see it only after the login. -
Hmm I don’t see any content added: https://www.screencast.com/t/CCGJKjEnm1
Also, since you are already using the block editor with GB, I would highly recommend using a Block Element page hero instead: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-page-hero/

The issue is about “Header riflessologia plantare” and not “Header del sito”.
I’ll give a try to Block Element page hero, but I’d like to understand what’s my mistake.

The only element activated on the
/riflessologia-plantare-ragusa
is the Header del sito element which you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/5ZbnZFQ0QoEoThe Header del sito is set to apply to the Entire site so maybe you need to add the
/riflessologia-plantare-ragusa
page under Exclusion? https://www.screencast.com/t/DmlykHysVRLUsing the Block Element Page Hero will be a much better option. The header element is a very old module (before the block editor) and will eventually be deprecated.

Thank you Leo.
I’ll study the Block Element Page Hero. It looks like also more simple. -
No problem 🙂
