Hello,
I want to create a hero image for my homepage, but I am having a hard time finding information on this. I found this article below, but I don’t see a “page hero” option under pages or elements in WordPress. My license says GP premium, so I don’t understand why I don’t see this.

Hi there,
The article you are looking at is using header element which is in HTML format. We would recommend using block element – page hero instead:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-page-hero/To use Elements, go to Appearance > GeneratePress, and enable the Elements module first.
And is your home a static page or the blog page?
If it’s a static page, you do NOT need a block element – page hero, you can directly build it in the page editor.
And you can use this method to merge the header with the content or page hero:
