Our home page is made up of articles therefore not a static page. We can’t change the home title or even hide it.

Go to appearance > elements > Archive hero, and remove
blogfrom its location:

Then you need to create a new block element – page hero, copy the content from the current one, paste it into the new element, then remove the headline block which represents the title, and assign it to blog in the location rule.
