How to hide the top page title on my page?
I don’t want to be seen on the actual page when people are viewing m page.

Hello,
From Appearance -> GeneratePress, activate the Disable Elements module.
From inside your page, on the bottom right, disable the Content Title.

Is it possible this to be done for 1 page only? And not for all the Pages and Posts?

Sure, as I mentioned, go to that particular page and disable the Content Title as seen in the previous screenshot.
