How can I implement a right-side collapsible pop-up menu (window) on my page?

  • I want to incorporate the “Submit a ticket” function from my FLUENT SUPPORT into this right-side sliding window on my website. How can I achieve this using GP or GB PRO?

    please check screenshot:

    My requirements are:

    1. It should work on both desktop and mobile devices.
    2. The right-side slide menu should feature a SUPPORT icon (SVG); when the user clicks it, a “Submit a ticket” window slides out for immediate input, similar to AJAX functionality.

    Thank you.

  • Hi there,

Unfortunately, this feature requires a custom solution, which falls outside the scope of our support.

  • i remembered that you have right slide bar solution. which part can not be achieved?

  • I don’t recall that feature being available. Perhaps you’re referring to the Off Canvas Panel?

  • yes, Off Canvas, can i put it into right slide bar?

  • The Off-Canvas panel can be triggered using the data-gpmodal-trigger attribute, which you can add to the “Support” button. However, creating and positioning the button exactly where you want it will require a custom solution.
