You can add an additional CSS class to the GB headline block, eg.
underline-text, then add this CSS:.underline-text { background: linear-gradient(transparent 65%,blue 65%); }or
Wrap the headline block with a container block, and set a background gradient for the container.

2. in Layout set the Display to Inline
