How do I make Nav and Top Bar non-transparent?

Hey guys, not sure if I had requested this initially, sorry if I did but now I would like to remove the transparency so the Nav Menu and bar below can both have the solid background when scrolling, how/where might I do this please?

Hi,

The site header color is transparent because you are using a header element to merge the header and the bar below so they can be sticky together when scrolling the page.

To change the site header color, go to appearance > elements, find the Header element, edit it, you will see the Header Background option, you can set a color from there.

the bar below already has solid background color set.
