Hi,
While trying to select a pattern, on my website, I can see Query Loop patterns 14 to 27!
Your website lists Query Loop patterns 1 to 27, but how do I access the patterns 1 to 13?
Scrolling doesn’t work!
Surely, there’s a way to get to the, but nothing seems to work, I always seem to be stuck with the last 15 patterns, whatever the category!
How can I access the rest of it?
Thanks

Hi there,
That’s odd. What browser are you using? I use Chrome and didn’t encounter this issue.
Could you check the browser’s console for any significant errors?

Hi Alvind,
I checked the console and no errors where showing, then I decided to do a screen recording to show you the problem and while I was recording this, I opened the console again and at that point the scroll started working!
Must have been a cache issue or something, but it is working now.
Cheers

Great to hear that! 🙂

Hi Alvind,
Actually, this issue is not resolved.
It is happening on all my websites now that I’m starting to use the new Pattern Library!
I’m using Firefox (126.0) on macOS 14.5 Sonoma!
When I open the Pattern Gallery there is no scroll option available and I can’t access the Patterns below the fold!
Sometimes I can unfreeze the Pattern Gallery by mucking around with the Console a few times. Never works at first attempt, but it’s stupid to have to do that all the time.
I rather have you guys fix this glitch that is getting annoying.
Thanks

I re-tested that using the same environment as yours but couldn’t replicate the issue. Does it happen with another browser as well?
By the way, we have added a tweak to improve pattern preview loading in GB 1.9.1. I assume you’ve already updated to this version.

Yeah, I noticed your update.
If using the same environment as me you can;t see the same issue, then I can only hope this is a cache problem!
I’ll try it a few times more.
It’s hilarious that every time I want to scroll in the patterns window, I have to click Inspect, go to the console and the darn thing starts to work!
It’s not the end of the world, just stupid that I have to do this to access the patterns below the fold!
I’ll keep an eye on it over the next few days.
Thanks

Just out of curiosity, I went to check it on Chrome and works fine there. just have this issue on Firefox.
Hopefully fixes itself when the cache expires.
Thanks

Great to hear that. Yeah, that sounds like a browser cache issue. You can try using Firefox’s Private window to confirm that.
