How to add categories to a post

  • <– I want to make it in query loop format like this. I want subcategories of this post to appear. The parent category of this article is apps, and the subcategory is games.

In summary, I want the first arrow to display games, a subcategory, and the second arrow to display apps, a parent category. And I want to make sure that the article does not appear in those two categories. When I add to a Minecraft post, I don’t want Minecraft to appear in the category in the Minecraft post.

  • Hi there,

    This is a bit confusing.

Posts don’t have sub-categories. It’s just plain categories.

Are you referring to sub-pages instead?

  • <– Isn’t this the 1st category and the 2nd one under the 1st category?

  • <– To put it simply, I want this to appear first here: <–

Second, <– I want it to appear like this.

  • Manually, it would be something like this: https://share.zight.com/GGudQWeZ

You can also add that via Block ELement if you’re planning to add that to multiple posts.

  • Oh, thank you. It’s resolved.

  • You’re welcome!
