How to add color to seperate text word

I would suggest you redesign your heading in the following way:

Right now, you have a container that includes two paragraphs but from what I see from the card layout that you have is the following: A heading followed by the embed YouTube video. It would be better to remove the two paragraphs and replace them with an H2 headline block. Write the full sentence MOSRAC EXISTS TO HELP PRODUCT INNOVATORS CREATE. Then, For the outer container, set max-width to 340px. Select the word, CREATE and click the down arrow from the toolbar.

Select Highlight, then pick a color from the global colors already set up. If you want to pick a custom color, click the area above where it says No color selected and and paste your color value in the box below the Hex label.

For the MOSRAC EXISTS text, set the color to white.

Ok, please remove the max-width value that I showed you earlier. Put the mouse cursor just before the TO HELP text and click SHIFT + ENTER. This will force the headline to a new line. Similarly, put the cursor just before the INNOVATORS CREATE text and hit SHIFT + ENTER again.
