please check this screenshot and you will find the 2 containers in the grid container.

You will find that the content has moved up against the blue frame.

so, my question is

How to center the two containers within the grid container vertically?

Hi there,

Could you try adding some padding to the Grid Container?

Then, select the left column containing the image and set its Display to Flex.

I always feel that in the content grid container, the space below is larger than the space above.
