How to change the background image that is behind the Featured Article

  • Hi Team,

This might be a silly and simple question, but I can’t figure out it. I tried to search but couldn’t find an answer.

Where do I change the Image that is (I use the Scribe Template) in the back of the Featured Article?

Another question: is there a way to lazy load this image to get better performance on the site and for the “Largest Contentful Paint” ?

    Thank you

  • Hi there,

Do you mean this image? https://app.screencast.com/SwT9Z0UDT2GtF

If so, it’s the featured image of the post, it should be automatically changed if the post is changed.

Let me know if i miss anything!

is there a way to lazy load this image to get better performance on the site and for the “Largest Contentful Paint” ?

The featured image is in the fold, so it should NOT be lazy loaded, for other images, they are lazy loaded by WP default.
