How to create customized sidebar widget

    Hello,

    I would like to create a widget showing a product like in this image (link in the private area) ?

    How I can do ? I want to show it on all pages of my website (link in private area).

    Hi Roby,

    First, enable the sidebar in Appearance > Customize > Layout > Sidebars. Reference: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/sidebar-layout-overview/

    Then, go the Appearance > Widgets and create your “Product” widget through GenerateBlocks. To learn more about GenerateBlocks, here’s a video you may refer to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7fwJECtgSg

    I don’t find the exact rectangle form like in the image with generatebloks, i found only triangle, angle…

    Hi there,

    1. Add a Container Block
    1.1 in the Sizing > Width set it to 100%
    1.2 in the Spacing > Border add a pixel value on all sides eg. 4px
    1.3 in the Colors set the Border color

    2. Inside the container add a Headline Block and add your Title Text.
    2.1 in the Sizing > Width set it to 100%
    2.2 in the Spacing > Padding ( ALL ) add 10px;
    2.2.1 > Margin Bottom set to 0
    2.3 in the Colours > Bakground set your color.

    3. Below the headline add a Container Block
    3.1 n the Spacing > Padding ( ALL ) add 10px;

    Now add whatever content for the image and text inside the inner container block
