Hello!
I’m using the Arborist starter theme and would like to know how can I insert a contact form in the header, similarly to what has been done here https://www.conroedirtworks.com/
I have installed and created a form with the Forminator plugin, which gives me a shortcode.Ideally, I’d like to create a form that fits nicely in the header, so if you have other suggestions related to how to do that, please feel free to share.

If you edit the home page and select a block inside the lefthand contaienr you can choose from the block toolbar to insert a new block before or after it.
In the empty new block just paste your shorcode.Let me know how you get on
