I want to classify them in custom class for the crawler bot to read easily which type of work we do. So, is it possible to remove them and add my custom class to define the work?

You cannot remove those classes because they are dynamically generated by GenerateBlocks to manage the layout styling. Removing them would result in a broken site layout.
