Yes, you can do it with a Headline Block. The steps would be the same, you’ll just be using a Headline Block instead of a Button Block.

What you can do is create multiple Query Loops and manually add the Ad in between Query Loops.
Another approach is to try to use an Ad inserter plugin.

With that setup, no, it won’t be possible. You’ll need 1 Query Loop for that.
I would suggest trying inserting ads with an ad inserter plugin. Otherwise, you’ll need Javascript to show ads every 6th post in the Query Loop. Unfortunately, this would be out of our scope of support.
