How to put existing images in the form of slider.

  • I have a website of a client who used elementor, that disease… Then I switched to Generatepress and all the images in the article were on top of each other and he didn’t like it. I searched for hundreds of plugins in Google and the WordPress directory, but I found absolutely none that takes this sequence of images inside the article and puts them in a carolseu or slider, or even a type of grouped gallery.

It would be boring to have to manually edit more than 800 articles to be able to put this sequence of images that are each in a div <figure> without grouping div. Not even solutions that convert a <div> with images into caroseul I was able to find. Any suggestions on how I can organize these images so that they don’t get 10 images in sequence in the article? Any automatic solution?

I know it doesn’t have much direct relation to the theme, but I believe you can help, because you are geniuses.

  • Hi there,

Can you link us to your site to have a look at those images?
    Let me know 🙂

  • Hum, don’t think there’s an easy way.

Might need to write some custom JavaScript to wrap consecutive <figure> elements with a <div>.
