As you can see from the screenshots and links, that appears to be the problem. I reduced the size of the picture as much as possible and also reduced the css. but it comes out like this What should I do? Thank you always.

Try uploading a smaller-sized image. Something like
156 x 124pxcould be good. -

It’s an Image Size problem as per PageSpeed Insights. It should be okay to reduce it.
