How to troubleshoot “back to top” not appearing?

    Hi,

    I have enabled the “back to top” button in Customizer > Layout > Footer and its not appearing on the site. I have disabled most of the plugins but still no luck. I looked if I can find it somehow in the sites html.

    Any additional ideas?

    Site access PM. Right now its turned on.

    Hi there,

    You have this code in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS that’s hiding all GP icons including the back-to-top button:

    .gp-icon {
                display: none;
            }

    Do you need that?
