I am unable to see this “Trainer” theme (https://ibb.co/ks7rXFCV), in the Site Library Module. How to get it?

Under GenerateBlocks > Settings, check whether the Use Version 1 Blocks option is enabled. If it is, disable it.
After that, all available Starter Sites should appear in the Site Library and be available to import.
