I have recently changed my theme to “Trainer”. However I want to know how to make the Theme footer automatically take my site’s footer menu etc?

Hi there,
The menu items in the footer are static; you need to manually change the texts and links.
If you want, you can also use GB’s navigation block, and select an exsiting menu for it.

I did it. However, now the Footer and Header is not visible on Home Page.

It looks like you deleted the menu block, can you provide an admin login to your site so I can see the editor?

I said you can use GB’s navigation block, but you are using WP’s navigation block. We don’t have control over that. I suggest using GB’s navigation block instead.

And how to add GB’s Navigation Block? I added it, but the Menu didn’t come. Do I need to add each Menu manually in GB block? Like WP Navigation Block, can’t it generate automatically?

Even after selecting Main Menu and giving them Primary and Off Canvas Menu locations, still the Header is not showing.

Of course!
As I said clearly, you’ve assigned the Horizontal Nav to the GB’s navigation block. The Horizontal Nav is an empty menu, there are NO menu items at all. You need to add menu items to it at appearance > menus, or select another menu that has menu items:
