I am using Trainer theme. I want to use its original Layout for Single Post Content as it is. How to use it? As currently it’s showing on my site: https://ibb.co/60962DHm. Which settings to enable or disable?

It’s included in the single post template.
You can access the element at appearance > elements > Template – Single Post.

If it’s included, then I need to disable the old settings so that only the new theme settings should come. What to disable? This is the Elements list on the page: https://ibb.co/gbFjNFK9.

You can delete/edit them from Appearance> elements.

I am still not sure. As some elements I can’t see in my Appearance > Elements like Layout Full width content mentioned in the Elements list on the screenshot you shared. Are these elements part of the Trainer theme? If I disable other unwanted elements will these elements be automatically taking over?

It’s not possible. All elements are at Appearance > Elements.
I’ve attached a screenshot that shows all elements that are assigned to single posts on the Trainer template.
So the extra elements you saw should be disabled.If I disable other unwanted elements will these elements be automatically taking over?
I don’t understand what you mean. Can you explain some more?
