Hi there,
If the content import is being held up, my guess is that there’s a PHP error happening on the server side of things.
The
error_log
file on your server would be a good place to look (the most recent error after trying the import).Alternatively, turning on
WP_DEBUG
andWP_DEBUG_LOG
would add any errors to thewp-content/debug.log
file.Your hosting should be able to provide the last x number of entries in the
error_log

I mentioned in my first post, I have already enabled WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and there ain’t any error related to import. Infact when the site import is success in case of ‘shop’ theme, there are entries in the log. You can check them using the credentials i have shared.

Apologies for the delay. The lack of any errors being reported makes it impossible for us to debug. The alternative would be to import the sites demo content using the WordPress importer.
Run the Site Library import without the Content.
Then copy the XM from this link: https://gpsites.co/files/niche/content.xmlAnd go to Dashboard > Tools -> Import and run the WP Importer where you can then import the file.
Theres more info on the import process at the top of the XML file. -
