Hi, I have renewed the GP Premium — Yearly license on 12 november 2025. But i have been charged again for renewal of GP Premium — Yearly last night. I have one request, please cancel one of the renewal and refund the amount.

I just refunded the payment made on November 12th.
In future, you don’t need to manually renew; you have a subscription set up that will auto-renew as your license key is about to expire.

The payment was refunded onto the card that was used when you purchased.
It will take 5-10 days for it to reflect on your account.

Thats correct – the payment will go back onto the card that you used when you purchased.

Hi there,
It’s only been 7 business days. Sometimes it can take up to 10.
I would suggest reaching out to your bank and seeing why the refund hasn’t made it back to your account yet.
The refund left our account on November 23, 2025. Once it leaves our account, I can’t see any more information.
