Image showing on Homepage sidebar only not sitewide

Hi,

I hope you can help as I am just confusing myself.

My site has an entire sitewide RHS sidebar – I want to add a clickable image to the sidebar, to show only on the homepage – the rest of the sidebar stays the same throughout the site, just without the extra homepage image.

My homepage is a rolling (not static).

If not, is there a way to feature an clickable image in the homepage footer section only and do you have a walk through?

I have tried to set up a new sidebar element with exclusions to only feature on the homepage but can’t find where to hook this up.
