I just checked the site but not seeing any overlapping issues – can yous show a screenshot of what you are seeing?
The gallery is also coming from a third party plugin so you might need to check with the plugin’s support team if you continue to experience the issue.
Caching? not sure.
You can determine this by simply disable the caching plugin.

Does generate press or generate premium come with a gallery bock or widget?

I’m not experiencing the same issue from my end as well when viewing your gallery. Have you tried viewing it on a different browser to test and check if it’s a caching issue? But, since it’s created from a third-party plugin, it would be best to reach out to them regarding this.
We don’t have a Gallery Block but we do have a Grid Block where you can place multiple Image Blocks. This is available in our lightweight plugin – GenerateBlocks.
