Import Custom SVG Icons Pack

  • I’d like to upload an icon pack that I used previously on a website. I saw a note in a similar post in the forum:

It’s possible. In GenerateBlock Pro, you can add Icons and Icons sets through the Library.

Typically, Icon sets/groups are added through .json files. Someone shared this previously: https://community.generateblocks.com/t/icon-sets-on-github/503

If you have GB Pro, you can replicate what they did and upload your Icons as a set.

But that link to a page referenced is no longer live. Are there any additional resources on how to do this with GB Pro?

  • So I did add some SVG icons as shapes using that instruction set. I don’t see how to add these now as icons in a block or page. The icon sets have not changed and when I try to use the file URL to insert an icon there is no input on the block or page.

Any additional insights here or example videos?

  • It should be added in the Icon section here:

Once done, the custom uploaded icon will appear under the Icon panel in the block editor.
