In WordPress Admin: GenerateBlocks > Settings displays a giant graphic

I’m not certain why this is occurring – I’ve cleared the browser cache (Chrome on Mac OS) and cleared the cache at the server level.

I’ve done all the steps or deactivating and reactivating. I reinstalled all GenerateBlocks plugins and checked the license and activated that again.

When I’m working on a page, I have this message showing:

Message that generate blocks doesn't support an element

Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you.

  • Hi there,

Could you completely uninstall the GenerateBlocks plugin first, then install a fresh copy from the WordPress plugin repository?

It looks like some of the plugin files may be corrupted. The GenerateBlocks logo in your WordPress admin isn’t the correct one, which suggests the installation may not be intact.

Let me know once you’ve tried that.

Great! That worked! Thank you so much.

  • Glad to hear that!

  • We are experiencing the exact same thing. I have GenerateBlocks and GenerateBlocksPro. If we deactivate and delete these plugins, will we lose our settings?

No, your existing plugin settings won’t be lost. You can safely try the method I suggested above.
