incomplete import

    Hello,
    I try to import a demo site. Import is incomplete. Loading process never stop.
    I have started from a empty new site.
    I have tried 3 times, exactly the same result. Here is a screenshot : https://postimg.cc/nssF0M3z

    Hi there,

    Could you please confirm your PHP version, memory limit, and max execution time (found under Tools → Site Health → Info)? Also, try running the import with only GP Premium active and other plugins disabled.

    If it still hangs, please share a temporary login details in the private info box so we can check directly.

    You can use the Temporary Login Without Password plugin to generate a secure link and share it in the private info box.

    PHP Max excecution time : 130
    PHP Memory : 256M

    Do you want me to disable ALL the plugins ? Or all the GP Plugin ?

    Hi tehre,

    Can you make sure your server configuration meets the requirements below?

    1. PHP max input variables 4000
    2. PHP time limit (max_input_time) 1200
    3. PHP memory limit 512M
    4. Max input time 600
    5. Upload max filesize 300M
    6. PHP post max size 512M
