There are two top bars before the site header. The first one is new, to be used for login. The second one has been in use for some time, with navigation links. The rendering of the new top bar is fine on many pages, but does not show correctly on the home page and some other pages. I’ve put links below.

Hello,
Could you please edit the top bar element, duplicate the blocks and remove the original ones? It might be a case of duplicated block IDs.

I did that, but it makes no difference. I don’t understand why it works on some types of pages but not on other pages.

Is it just one element that loads on all pages? What other elements are they present on the homepage and archives?
-
Yes, this element is the same on every page. There are two blocks, with hook setting to load before header. One has priority 5, the other has priority 10. It is the styling that baffles me. When I switch the priority, the problem with the display is just with the one element. I can send you screen shots.

Ok, so there two block elements (with different priorities) that load before the header? If one is the top bar with the buttons what is the other one for? Blocks don’t have hook settings.
