I am having a big problem with my website regarding CSS. It will load easily when internet is on. If I turn off my internet, the CSS will completely change the layout of my website. i use additional css.Please let me know how to solve this problem. -

Are you looking at a cached page or something ? -
I think when I turn off my internet and reload my website it loads completely but this time the layout has completely changed. But when I turn on the internet it will download the full responsive layout.

If the site is reloading without the internet then it means the browser has cached the web page.
BUT I would suspect that your CSS is being loaded from a different place, and has not been cached in the browser so it won’t display.I can take a look at the site if you want to share a link ? But there isn’t anything we can do to change that behaviour

Sorry I can’t share my website link. But I see one thing. My website loads on mobile without internet, but not on desktop.

Thanks for your good reply. I have solved my css offline load problem. I have used!importanttag with every css code, then I see my website in offline mode, so it loads responsively. -
