Hi, I have GP and GB pro and was wondering if I can create a custom nav using generate blocks.
I have created a block for a new header and hooked into Block – Site Header but can I now create a nav inside that header?
Not sure what steps I need to take to do this?

Usually, a WP Navigation Block is used. Reference: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/navigation-block
You can also use GB Headline Blocks to try to replicate a simple menu with no sub-menus if you’re okay with that.

What happens if I use GB headline blocks with the mobile menu? Does it go to the hamburger menu when on mobile?

It won’t. The WP Navigation Block should be able to do so.
Or, alternatively, you can just disable the Site Header for Mobile view if you’re open to it.
